Real programmes. Real communities. Real change.

Six areas of work, each designed to meet an urgent need today and build something that lasts tomorrow.

Healthcare workers meeting residents at a community health session.

Health & Wellness

A check-up should not be a luxury. We bring preventive care directly into communities that rarely see it, as we did in Mushin.

  • Community health outreach, screenings and blood pressure checks
  • Maternal health support for pregnant women
  • Menstrual health campaigns and dignity kits

Goal by 2028: 1,000 residents screened. 500 women reached. 1,000 hygiene kits.

Education & Child Development

For too many families, education stops at the cost of a uniform or a set of books. We remove those barriers so learning can continue.

  • Back to school support: bags, books, uniforms and fees
  • Reading Club Initiative with monthly literacy sessions
  • School mentorship, career talks and leadership

Goal by 2028: 300 students supported. 10 schools engaged. 100 children reading.

Women’s Empowerment

Give a woman training, capital and confidence and she changes not only her own life but her whole family’s.

  • Women Enterprise Programme: training and start-up support
  • Skills bootcamps in fashion, catering, hairdressing and digital
  • Women in Leadership conference and mentorship

Goal by 2028: 150 women trained. 50 micro-grants. 20 mentorship pairings.

Youth Development & Employment

Talent is everywhere in Lagos. Opportunity is not. We help young people bridge the gap between school and work.

  • Career fairs connecting youth with real employers
  • CV and interview training
  • Digital skills training

Goal by 2028: 500 youth trained. 100 internships. 50 job placements.

Community Economic Development

When a small business grows, a whole community feels it. We back the traders and entrepreneurs who keep Lagos running.

  • Smiley Business Support Fund micro-grants
  • Market Women Empowerment Programme
  • Community cooperative and savings groups

Goal by 2028: 100 businesses supported. 5 cooperatives established.

Family Support & Protection

Sometimes the most important thing is making sure a family has enough. Enough food, enough safety, enough support to keep going.

  • Family Food Bank Programme
  • School Sponsorship Programme
  • Child Protection Awareness campaigns

Goal by 2028: 500 families supported. 100 scholarships awarded.
