Our volunteers do not sit on the sidelines
Writing a cheque is generous. Showing up is something else. It is holding the hand of a patient at a health outreach, watching a child sound out a first sentence, packing the food that feeds a family this week.
They are in Mushin and communities across Lagos, turning our mission into someone’s reality. And they will tell you: you come to give, and you leave having gained more than you expected.

Community & Medical Outreach
Help run health screenings and relief days. No medical training needed, and medical professionals are especially welcome.
Tutoring & Reading Clubs
Lead literacy sessions, mentor students and help run the clubs that build a love of learning.
Skills & Mentorship
Teach a bootcamp skill, coach a young person on interviews, or mentor a woman starting a business.
Events & Campaigns
Lend a hand at flagship events like Smiley Christmas of Hope and the Children’s Day Festival.
Behind the Scenes
Photography, social media, design, admin and fundraising. Skills that power the mission from anywhere.
